    Be nice if we could make it where you have to be logged in to send an application.

    I noticed that even guests can apply for a job. It is nice if we could at least set it as an option.

    Also, you can add login functionality through customizations in your job detail page. For a glimpse, we can tell you that please change the following file by using SJB templating feature:
    simple-job-board/templates/single-jobpost/job-application.php
