Strange, it imports here fine. There is not something wrong with the CSV file.
It might have to do with the latest update, notably:
– Drop ‘auto_detect_line_endings’ for import, deprecated in PHP 8.1.
If you downgrade to Gwolle 4.5.0, does it then work?
It might be I have to revert that change. It was deprecated in PHP 8.1, but maybe it is still required on older PHP versions.

I suppose you were the one who sent me that second CSV file? It imports just fine here, all 29 entries. I don’t understand why it doesn’t at your install.
If you downgrade to Gwolle 4.5.0, does it then work?
About antispam, I advise to leave those at default settings. The default spamfilters for timeout and honeypot should work just fine. Do you still have issues?
And I don’t do captcha’s anymore 🙂 The Really Simple Captcha doesn’t work very much either way.
