Guests cannot use booking form

    My Easy Appointments booking form (frontend) requires users to be logged in in order to use the booking form. People are not logged in can select the worker, service and even the calendar date and time… but the form fields are still disabled.

    This does not seem right. I don’t want people creating accounts so they can make a booking.

    Is there something going wrong?
    I have disabled plugins and changed theme but still happening.
