Guests versus Hosts

I have found the information on changing the speakers label to guest. What I am now curious about is if there is a way to segment the participants further. I would like to have a specific person as the host (ours changes on occassion) and then list the Guests after that. However I would still like the great function of being able to click on the name and bring up their information to be available.

Is that possible?
