    Hey everybody,

This isn’t an error but I’m looking for some direction. I want to try and build a tool where users of my WordPress site can hide something from themselves for a set amount of time (let’s say between 10 minutes and 90 days).

Can anyone point me in the right direction for designing a simple GUI where a registered user on my WordPress site can set their amount of time and hit “go” to hide some text? I figure that I could somehow use parts of this plugin’s code for that. It would basically be like this future me thing: https://www.futureme.org/ except no email sending involved. Side note – does anyone know how that website works or any resources that explain how it does?

Sorry, I know this probably isn’t the place for a question like this.

    Bob

Well – you have to program something like this on your own. Timed Content can not help you with this and there is also no easy way like “install plugin XYZ and you’re good to go”.

    Sounds good, thank you, Arno.
