Guide to Set Up?

Is there a guide to set it up and get it working. Something that explains this? The videos are trash. I need someone to explain or I need to read about this. Just showing me in a video without explanation of what you are doing is a horrible idea.
I have the calendar up but its not working which makes me think its not set up yet? If I knew what some of the values were and how it worked, I prob be good, but I cannot find any documentation on this plugin. Just videos where I struggling to see what you are doing.

I need to know what the values for hours means or how it works. Its not explained and its not something you can look at and it just makes sense.
What is an item count?
The button to submit doesn’t even show up.
How do I block off 3 hour segments for bookings? The typical session lasts 3 hours.
No guide makes this plugin very hard to figure out and your videos b./c upi are not explaining anything, are worthless.
If this does not work, the client will ask for a refund. this is a business and you are costing me and them time and money. All b/c you are too lazy to make an actual guide that explains your product. Disgusted!
I am also going to complain to wordpress cuz you DEV’s should be required to explain your work. If you can’t do that, then you shouldn’t expect anyone to give you money for what you do.
