• I have updated .htaccess file of my website with non-trailing to trailing slash redirect. After this, I can’t update the already published pages/posts and also I can’t publish/save new posts/pages.

The problem exists only with the Gutenberg editor.

Shifting to the Classic Editor resolves the issue.

How can I use Gutenberg+ the non-trailing slash to trailing slash redirect?

  • Hi

    A few ideas:

    – There is an existing similar issue here with a potential fix. Maybe you can share your htaccess?

    – Update your permalink structure so that includes the trailing slash at the end of this and WordPress will automatically make a redirect for this. i.e. ^/pagetitle/?$

    – Also make sure you flush your permalink cache by resaving permalinks after any change to make sure they are reflected.

    Hope that helps
