Gutenberg Download Button Block cannot be added

    I can’t select the “Download Project” I created when I added the “Download Button Block” in the Gutenberg editor. And after I removed the mouse, the Gutenberg editor tried to automatically save the error “Updating failed”.

    My test site uses WordPress 5.0.3 Twenty Nineteen theme. Except for Download Monitor, no other plugins are used.
    I visited the test site using the windows10 system and chrome 70.0 browser.
