Gutenberg made WordPress so easy.

For a little background I am not a professional and have no background HTML/CSS or PHP coding knowledge.
Few years back, before Gutenberg when I tried to make a website with WordPress I was let down by the code editor because it was not simple for a newcomers and you have to install plugins for even simple adjustments. There were page builders like elementor and other but the provided very very basic functionality and made you purchase the pro version which most of the average people ain’t gonna buy because the website’s cost would be same as that of squarespace, wix etc.

But now making a basic website with Gutenberg for newcomers is so easy. Just install the theme of your liking, install the plugins for Gutenberg section templates and block plugins like getwid, gutentor or any other and you have almost equal power as you have with other page builder FOR FREE.

I don’t get why people don’t understand Gutenberg, it’s the way web development should be going and this is evident from the popularity of website builders which provide all in one solution for average people and even page builder have whooping 5 million+ downloads (elementor) which is equal to the downloads of classic editor.

Overall thanks to WordPress development for their efforts towards the full site editing experience and I am excited to see it in full action when we would be able to edit EVERYONE with blocks.
