Gutenberg not successful inserting block

    After selecting block type Photo Gallery, documentation says there should be a dialog to select gallery and to configure. After multiple experiments with publish/unpublish, this dialogue never occurs. I have one gallery in one group defined. I’m expecting to see a pick list of galleries, but do not. I only see gallery, gallery group, view type, insert into post and an empty shaded area below. I am trying to insert block into static page, not post.

    Hello Tia,

    Thank you for your post.
    Right after you click on Photo Gallery or drag and drop it into wp editor, you will see a page/pop up in which there is a drop down to select the gallery/gallery group ( screenshot )
    If you are not seeing this screen, there is a chance that the theme or one of your plugins are conflicting with PG.
    You can use “Health Check” plugin to identify the conflict.
    Alternatively, you can try to generate shortcodes for the gallery from Photo Gallery’s settings and use the short code instead.
