Gutenverse plugin Contact Form problem

    Hello everyone,

    I’m new to website building and I’m encountering an issue with the contact form on my Gutenverse website.

    I’ve configured the SMTP settings correctly, and I’ve even tested the email functionality using the EASY SMTP plugin, which was successful.

    However, when I attempt to send an email using the contact form on my website (which is Gutenverse ready), the email doesn’t reach my designated info email address, why?

    I’m confused about why this is happening.

    Can anyone provide some assistance or guidance on resolving this issue?
