Hi @michik1712,
Do you still have the issue, currently?
If yes, I will have to look into it. I fear it might be an issue on the CopyTrack side, it happened once in the past, when the SSL certificates expired.
Dear Jordy,
yes I still have the issue. I just tried it again. The SSL Certificate from api.copytrack.com, which I got delivered via Browser was from Mon, 07 Feb 2022 00:00:00 GMT to Tue, 07 Mar 2023 23:59:59 GMT issued by Amazon Server CA 1B which also was not expired (Wed, 21 Oct 2015 22:24:34 GMT – Sun, 21 Oct 2040 22:24:34 GMT).
I hope I was able to help with troubleshooting. Should there be interactions with other plugins, I also have Social Engine Pro, Photo Engine Pro and Media Cleaner from Meow Apps installed.
Hi @michik1712,
I will check with CopyTrack π
Are there news?
I have new the whole Errormessage:

Many Thanks. Unfortunately the connection is not working yet. Should I contact Copytrack directly?
Hi @michik1712! Yes, I think you can ask them directly, maybe it will work better π I might be the only one asking (and using their Public API?) so it’s better if there is a little push from someone else.
I published a new version of the plugin just now, which will also give more information about this error when it happens.
Dear @tigroumeow,
i wrote them and they sayed:
“unfortunately I have no news regarding the copytrack plugin. I’m very sorry that I haven’t been able to help you so far.
ο»Ώ
ο»ΏThe plugin is not being further developed at the moment.”Hi @michik1712,
I am now in direct contact with a developer at CopyTrack, so it might be easier to find a solution about this π I guess they need to find a solution anyway, as it’s not a problem with the plugin only, their API is probably not working for anyone (seems like nobody is using it, which doesn’t help in our case…).
Dear @tigroumeow,
is there any news from copytrack? I also contacted them and there was no response due to the SSL API.
Thank you very much.
Hi @michik1712,
Sorry… no π Indeed, they are not very responsive on this. Very disappointed by how they take care of the technical support. They could have an amazing service but they have a sinkhole at their doorstep (someone?). I have been struggling with their website, which could be made much more convenient, such a hassle when you have many photos. Anyway, it’s like this, and I hope it will get better.
