GWT error with /?s={search_term}

Hello,

I have the latest paid versions of Yoast SEO and Yoast SEO for Woo on my wordpress + woo site and GWT says that I have a soft error with:
http://relief-from-pain.co.uk/?s=%7Bsearch_term%7D
I can’t seem to fix this even by adding another redirection plugin.
I see that several other people have mentioned this on various blogs as a problem with the Yoast SEO plugin,
