i think, mod_deflate not enabled on my server.

I am having a similar problem as the previous poster,
I have enabled GZip in WP Fastest Cache
but both gtmetrix.com and http://www.whatsmyip.org/http-compression-test/?url=aHR0cDovL3RoZWZhaXJnby5jb20=
are telling me that compression is not working on thefairgo website.
