I’ve checked yoru website and I can see that for your HTML, the Gzip is enabled and working as expected. Also, for static files, the compression is handled by brotli, and since the CDN is used, I am guessing that the Bunny CDN is handling the compression
This being said, most likely Pingdom is reporting the external files, meaning the files that are coming from 3rd party servers, and are not loaded and optimized on your server, or possibly, it does not take into consideration that brotli is doing the compression
One thing that I would suggest which I noticed is to enable Page Caching to reduce initial server response time
