h3 hierarch offset

    I am using the slide-out TOC option which is great. however the hierarchy offset isn’t working for h3 headings in the slideout menu. i works for h2s, but not h3s.

    i see you posted a CSS fix for this problem about 22 months ago. I implemented that but it made no difference.

    Hoping you’ll have a new suggestion…
