    they are very good at what they do and in the end, paying someone who knows what they are doing will save you from lots of frustration.

    They hardly hardened your site if the old passwords were left intact. Any recovery flack knows that’s the first thing to change before doing anything. They owe you a re-do or refund.

    I don’t think LisaLeslieFitness has paid anyone yet.

    $350 is a lot depending on what is done. It is a lot for what I’d consider basic hardening– changing passwords, checking permissions, things like that. If they are really digging into server configuration and doing code analysis, maybe. At any rate, they better be doing more than I can do an hour.
