Try manually resetting your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
Hi, I took a quick look at your site and it was, sadly, still hacked.
I cleaned out your wp-config.php file, as well as force cleaned WP’s core files, but what you need to do is actually go through and delete all the plugins and themes and reinstall them from a clean source.

You have a lot of unused themes out there, and they may be the backdoor if you haven’t been keeping them up to date.
Thank you for your help. I’m in the middle of following your instructions. Will let you know how things go.
I know you may think i’m silly but when you say reinstall from a clean source, what do you mean. I’ve downloaded the themes and plugins we need from wordpress , do I just drag the theme and plugins folders on FTP over into their relevant folders? what do I do next and how?
Once again thank you
Well everything you said to do i’ve done and still nothing works.
How do i install the plugins etc if i cannot access the dashboard?
Thanks for your help

Exactly this, but delete the original files first. Use freshly downloaded files from https://ww.wp.xz.cn/download/and https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ and https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/ uploaded via FTP.
Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
resolved. Thanks for your help
