    I just compared the files on ww.wp.xz.cn with my files and they are identical. So the plugin hasn’t been “hacked” or modified by anyone else as far as I can tell. If you have more info, please share it.

    It is possible that the plugin doesn’t work with your configuration. That’s always a possibility with any plugin given the number of different ways to set up WordPress.
