HAMBURGER DOESN’T WORK ON MOBILE

Hello, I recently noticed that on mobile my hamburger menu does not work. I have searched the forums but cannot find anything that helps. I updated all plugins, theme, WP and PHP.

Theme is by Hongo – ThemeZaa

I am not a professional web developer but pretty competent with WP. Please give clear and basic instructions that I can follow.
