handling fee minimum

Hi Guys,

I’d like to ask you guys regarding setting up woocommerce shipping.

My Client wants to setup shipping and handling with ranges.

Example:

1. SGD$50 and below (Shipping + Handling Fee)
2. SGD$51 to $200 (Shipping Fee and no handling fee)
3. SGD $201 and above (Free shipping and no handling fee)

I am was able to put a range for the shipping fee using Woocommerce Table Rates but no option for handling fee.

Hope some can guide me to the right direction.
