    Hello, What should we do if the physical products sold are returned by the buyer and the payment is refunded? Can we deduct the commission payment in these cases? Does the system allow this? Need help urgently.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

    If an order is refunded, it should automatically update the statistics on the affiliate dashboard for that order, with the new total (commission etc deducted).

    However, if the commission has already been paid to the affiliate (for example via PayPal/Stripe), then that would not be deducted and you would need to request a refund from them or deduct it from future payments.
