Handling SVGs

Hello,

I was getting alot of errors;
Unknown failure reason.

Looking into the files it appears this occurred with SVGs uploaded to my media library. These really shouldn’t be thumbnailed anyway.

Would love to make a feature request to more gracefully handle this situation.
Rather than an error and Unknown failure reason, would be nice to have it just give a warning and not consider it a failed thumbnailing attempt.
