Thanks for using WP-Lister.
Where did you set the handling time exactly? If you set them directly on Amazon, that won’t work because the next time WP-Lister updates the listings on Amazon, that manually added data will be removed with what WP-Lister has in it’s system. You need to provide the handling times to WP-Lister.
For products that use a listing profile and category specific feed you will want to set the “Fulfillment Latency” field to the number of days you wish to set your handling time to.
For listingloader feeds you will want to set the “Leadtime To Ship” field. If you have matched listings that don’t use a shipping profile then you would need to create a listing profile with a listingloader feed, fill out all required fields and enter the handling time into the “Leadtime To Ship” then assign these listings to that listing profile using the “Change Profile” bulk action option on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister.

The handling time is set up on Amazon indeed.
I’m quite new to WordPress and I’m not sure where to find those fields. Are there any tutorials on that by any chance?

You can also refer to our documentation that discusses the templates and profiles.
If you have already matched some listings to Amazon without a listing profile and need to assign a listing profile that is using a listingloader feed template to provide the handling time, you can select the listings on the “Listings” page of WP-Lister, then use the bulk action drop down menu option “Change Profile” and click “Apply” to assign a listing profile.
