handpicked recipes – 504 Timeout

Hello everybody,

we installed your plugin on our prod-system with more than 10.000 recipes. The most of the recipes are in draft mode, but your plugin with the feature handpicked recipes call all recipes from the database without checking that the recipes is published. We get a 504 timeout from our server because the request needs more than 1 minute.
