    I sometimes had the problem that customers couldn’t register for events because the booking process got stuck in the last step (endless loop).

    The error was that CleanTalk (Spam-Blocker)was “too restrictive”.

    Simply enter the URL https://yoursite.com//booking/ under “URL exclusions” and it will work.

    We appreciate CleanTalk confirming the issue and working on improving the integration. As mentioned earlier, adding the EventPrime booking URL to CleanTalk’s URL exclusions currently resolves the issue.
