I sometimes had the problem that customers couldn’t register for events because the booking process got stuck in the last step (endless loop).

The error was that CleanTalk (Spam-Blocker)was “too restrictive”.

Simply enter the URL https://yoursite.com//booking/ under “URL exclusions” and it will work.

  • Hi @flexkeller,

    Almaz from CleanTalk here.

We’ll test the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin with the EventPrime plugin and let you know the results. It may take up to 2-3 days. It would also be great if you you contact us via our support system so we can analyze your site’s logs and test your forms: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open

Thank you for reaching out and for offering to test the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin with EventPrime.

We appreciate your willingness to investigate this further. The issue reported by the user was resolved by adding the booking URL to CleanTalk’s URL exclusions, which suggests the plugin may be blocking the final step of the EventPrime booking flow when strict rules are enabled.

We will be happy to cooperate from our end during your testing. If you require any specific details related to EventPrime’s booking process please let us know.

    Looking forward to your findings.

    Hello @epsupport1, @flexkeller,

We have conducted our tests and identified some issues. We will improve our integration and update you on the results soon.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the update and for conducting the tests.

We appreciate CleanTalk confirming the issue and working on improving the integration. As mentioned earlier, adding the EventPrime booking URL to CleanTalk’s URL exclusions currently resolves the issue.

    Thank you for the cooperation.
