    We were told by the hostong that those notices are from Kadence theme. What are they ? And WHY we get them?

    [16-May-2026 07:38:15 UTC] Harbor: Skipping license refresh: no key stored.
    [16-May-2026 07:38:15 UTC] Harbor: Catalog fetch failed: [lw-harbor-api-communications-not-permitted] External API communications have not been permitted.

    These notices are related to the Liquid Web/Kadence licensing system attempting to check for license or catalog information. The messages indicate that no license key was stored at the time and that external API communications were not permitted, so the request was skipped.

    Could you please confirm whether you are still receiving these notices currently, or were those the only entries that appeared in your logs?

    If you are still seeing these notices being generated repeatedly, please let me know.

    If the issue persists and you have an active premium license, please open a support ticket and share the latest logs so we can investigate further.
