Lightspeed creates a file in the main host directory called lscach
It has caused a file to occupy 40 gigabytes of my host space
How can I empty this daily or once every 2 days?

This is your cache directory. Deleting it periodically will stop caching from working effectively.

In my case, i found that cache grows a lot because of URL query strings, such as “sort”, product_orderby, etc.. Bots often cause this. You will need to look into individual cache files in this directory and see what URL is being cached, then, potentially, add those query strings into excludes.

@tourlider I can give you a link so you can start debugging: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/troubleshoot/#lscache-directory-too-big
The causes are multiple and differ from site to site
