• Hi
After I did a bulk optimization, a notification appeared saying that all image was successfully optimized
However, when I checked into the media library, I saw that there were still many photos with the words “optimize” on the side, have they not been optimized yet? even though I have enabled bulk optimization
    Thank you

    Hi @mushlih

I am sorry to hear that!

Can you try again to enable Bulk optimization? Are they able to get optimized?

If the issue is still there we need to take a closer look through our ticket support system.

Let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,

Yes, I have tried it, but there is still “optimize” writing next to image
    Why?

Then, why do I see this writing after I optimize the image? Is that a sign that it has been completed or has not been successfully optimized?

    Hi @mushlih

When you get the result “Well done. This image is already optimized.”

It means Imagify tried to compress the image but hasn’t been able to reduce the image size further.

Note that your quota will not be deducted when the result is “Well done”.

But, have the images been converted to webp?

    Hi @mushlih

Yes, WebP images can be created for “Well done” optimized images. You can check that if the “Delete webp images” option appears. (Please check the following screenshot)
If not, try to re-optimize the image using the “Try again” button in order to appear the “Delete webp images” option which means that the WebP version is created.

    Best regards,
    Ioanna
