    It’s totally stuffed. I always update the plug-in when required. At the moment it looks totally wrong with a tiny window where you can’t see the post at all. The feed never used to updated my posts properly in the past although currently it has the latest posts. Lots of problems.
    Please help sort this out. Thanks so much.

    Thanks for posting about this!
    Regarding the dimensions of Facebook feed, could you please edit your widget and change width and height? Have a look at this screenshot.

    As for updating the feed, please check the value of Feed autoupdate interval option on Facebook Feed WD > Settings page, and mention it here.

    Hi WD Support,
    Thank you for your help. The feed autoupdate interval is set to 1hr 30min.
    As for the width and height of the widget, it is already set to 100×100.
    Not sure why it’s not working properly. Any other suggestions?….

    I got the size figured out, now have it set to 400×300 and it looks ok.

    The feed still isn’t showing the most recent posts though.

    It actually looks like it’s working now, maybe it just needed a bit of time to catch up. I won’t do a support ticket this time but if it happens again then I know what to do.
