Has this plugin been hacked?

Does the video embed you’re using on the front page normally direct to the phonebloks video? I am very confused because occasionally when we use your plugin and correctly embed a video with the shortcode, it’s displaying the Phonebloks video and not our video. This has happened now with multiple videos. What could be causing this issue?
