has_cap in duplicate-post-options.php

    Turning on WP_DEBUG I get the following:

    Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

    After looking through all my files turns out that it is just called in duplicate-post-options.php
