HashBuddy hashtag cloud widget (Feature Request)

Hey @modemlooper,

How hard would it be to add a cloud widget for HashBuddy, where latest and popular hashtags can be shown? Similar to the standard WordPress tag cloud.

Another good thing would be if there is a function or short-code we could use to display popular or latest hashtags anywhere on a BuddyPress website.
