Hashtag Waterfall?

I don’t know the correct terminology so I’m struggling with Google! If people use a particular hashtag on any social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram etc) is there a way of fetching these posts and displaying them in a widget or on my homepage?

There must be a plugin for that? Everything I seem to have found at the moment tends to be related to one social media platform but I would like it to fetch them across a range.
