Please provide a screenshot of your return policy under the SSO Returns > Edit Return Policy page. Is the “Default Product Return Policy” option checked for that return policy, or are you manually choosing that return policy for only some products?

Thanks. When editing the https://peindrecouteau.com/produit/cote-rocheuse-huile-au-couteau-40×40-cm/ product, please confirm that in the Document SSO > Edit Schema > Product Return Policy option, that default return policy is selected.

This problem is still there.
Why was the post marked as resolved?
So I’m putting it back as unresolved.
There’s definitely something unique going on with your site. If you could do the following, I can have a closer look:
Enable the “Add HTML Debug Messages” and “Disable Cache for Debugging” options. See https://wpsso.com/docs/plugins/wpsso/installation/troubleshooting-guide/#add-html-debug-messages.

Hello,
There was an update of WPSSO, I applied it.
Now, hasMerchantReturnPolicy works.
But another problem appears.
I put you a screenshot so you can see.

There has been no functional changes to the WPSSO MRP plugin. Perhaps you have a caching plugin that needed to be refreshed or the WPSSO cache needed to be refreshed? Unfortunately I still do not see any return policy in https://peindrecouteau.com/produit/cote-rocheuse-huile-au-couteau-40×40-cm/, so from this end, nothing appears to have changed. Looking at the HTML source for https://peindrecouteau.com/produit/cote-rocheuse-huile-au-couteau-40×40-cm/, it looks like you haven’t enabled debug messages or re-enabled HTML comments in your webpage, so unfortunately I cannot provide additional assistance at this time.
Please note that free plugin support in the ww.wp.xz.cn forums is a volunteer effort and replies will depend on the time we have available.

FYI, I did find a possible condition where the “Default Product Return Policy” checkbox option was not being saved to the plugin settings. WPSSO MRP v2.2.1 will be released shortly to fix that possible condition.
Also, it seems that Google has updated their requirements for the Schema returnFees property value. WPSSO Core v17.22.0 will be released shortly to provide the new returnFees values for Google.
