Hasn't recognized and feed

This has not recognized a single feed that I have tried. You can test with feed://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/rss/topics. Check all feeds always says feed error and won’t post in a run.

Also is there a tutorial with an example on how to use the custom fields?
