Have Container Inside Container Stretch Vertically

Hello all,

I am trying to do the following. I have a container (Main Container)

Inside, I have 2 containers. One on the left side, one on the right side.

One side will have an image and the other will have text.

I want the image one to stretch all the way up so it covers 100% the original container. As of now, no matter what I try, I can always see a bit of the main container on the top, bottom and sides.
