Have Problem with Post Tags

I am having a problem with being able to post tags on individual posts.

The link is to a screen shot of my edit post section…as you can see, even though the cursor is trying to edit…the words are still there and the button doesnt work. I was hoping it was just a small problem and it would stop once I updated, but the problem hasnt changed.
