No but you can exclude them from the lists the discounts are applied on. When you create a discount, you target a product list. So if you exclude bundle and bundled products from the product list used for a discount it will work as expected.
Because of when using our plugin “WPC Product Bundles”, we don’t add any discount rules but it still affects the bundle price and cart total.
Could you please check this issue? or Do you have an email then we can discuss technical?

I followed these steps:
1. Install WPC Product Bundles and create a bundle http://prntscr.com/nvooma
2. If I don’t activate your plugin, the price and subtotal are fine http://prntscr.com/nvop5r
3. If I activate your plugin, don’t add any discount http://prntscr.com/nvopi6 the price, the subtotal is wrong http://prntscr.com/nvopte
Seem it affect to the subtotal without any discount applied?
