Having Divi issues

    Hi, I use the advance ads pro on a clients website that was moved to a divi theme website a week ago. I had to turn off the Advance Ads because it was pulling too many resources and the website crashed. Are there any known Divi / Advance ads I should know? It worked fine with the Divi theme till yesterday. Here are some of the error codes I’m getting. Thank you

    thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like the installation is missing a file. Please download Advanced Ads and Advanced Ads Pro again and replace the currently installed versions with the new files.

    Please note that the ww.wp.xz.cn forums are only for the plugins hosted here and non-Pro users. If you need further help, I’d kindly ask you to reach out to our support.

    Thank you, I posted here instead of the website so the message would come straight to me instead of my boss then have to have him forward them to me.

    You can also contact us with your own email address if you provide something that verifies the license, like the license key. Or your boss reaches out with you in CC and then you can take over.
