    Hi,

    I am having issues with generating a domain key for a freshly installed WP site with no plugins added except for woo commerce and the theme. Checked with the hosting company and they said there was nothing being blocked from their end.

    This is the message I get:

    There are two reasons why we might not be able to communicate with your domain:

    1) The POST callback to https://www.domain.com/wp-json/litespeed/v1/token failed.

    2) Our Current Online Server IPs was not allowlisted.

    Please verify that your other plugins are not blocking REST API calls, allowlist our server IPs, or contact your server admin for assistance.:

    I have also added the website’s IP address and that has not helped either.

    please try this:

    go to toolbox -> debug setting -> debug logto ON , log level to Advance , add litespeed/v1/token into Debug Include URI

    go to toolbox -> log view , clear any existing log

    go to general -> refresh/request the domain key

    wait for 10 minutes , go to toolbox -> log view -> debug log , copy paste log to “https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/” and share it
