Having multiple wordpress themes under same domain

Hello,
Going to keep this short.
I have one domain – lets call it http://www.domain.com. Under this domain I want to run different themes in wordpress. However i want the url to look like this…
Blog: http://www.domain.com/blog
Newsroom: http://www.domain.com/newsroomAs far as my understanding if you have one wordpress installation you will have the follow urls…
http://www.domain.com/wordpress/blog and http://www.domain.com/wordpress/news .
Do i have to use a multisite to fix this problem or is there a more simple solution?
