Having sequential posts show up on multiple pages

    I have WordPress set to show 10 posts on the front page.

    I want WordPress to make sequential pages as I go over 10 posts on the front door. So if I have 30 posts at the bottom of the index page it would show page numbers 1, 2, 3 and so on. Is there a way to have this occur automatically?
