Hey,
You can use with any theme.
Can you send me a screen shot of what you are seeing?
Ben
sure, here is a screenshot of the elementor UI http://tinyurl.com/y59puayl
elementor settings: http://tinyurl.com/y3l2kpdh
(I tried with and without Woo Product Templates)
Other notes:
* I’m getting no JS error messages in Chrome dev console.
* Not using cloudflare or CDN
* deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, Kadence WooCommerce Elementor, WooCommerce Admin, and WooCommerce Services (and I’m about to deactivate the latter 2)
* I am using a child theme for Astra … will switch to regular astra to check again and I’ll update if that works
Thanks for your help.

wait a sec … am I supposed to edit products directly with elementor or am I supposed to create a woo template using elementor and then apply it to a product somehow? Maybe I had the steps wrong…
ok i found the setting … i couldn’t find it in the docs that i had to choose a product template. it was probably in the video but i was scrubbing around and must have missed that.
for anyone else in my situation:
1. go to Products
2. Edit the product in question (the normal WordPress edit link, not ‘edit with elementor’)
3. under the Product Template meta box on the right, choose ‘use this products elementor’ (or use a Woo Product template if you already set one up)
4. save, update, or publish
5. now you can edit with Elementor
