hCaptcha dont work

I was able to confirm the issue on your site as well and got the same error message: “hCaptcha verification failed. Please try again.”

Please share an export of the form so we can check it further, I’ve shared the details in my previous reply how to do it.

Thank you for the export!

I’ve tested the form on my test site and was able to submit without any issues – the hCaptcha field was also present and I was able to verify myself.

Please try the following first:
– setup a new key on hCaptcha dashboard: https://dashboard.hcaptcha.com/sites
– update the keys in Forminator >> Settings >> CAPTCHA section
– reimport the form to create a duplicate
– test

If the above doesn’t help, my next guess is that there may be some plugin conflict somewhere. To diagnose which plugin (or theme) is interfering, the process is the following:

– deactivate all plugins except Forminator, switch to a default WordPress theme
– check if the issue is still there – if not:
– activate plugins one by one and check each time to find which one was causing the problem

We suggest to perform this test on a staging site if possible. If performed on live site, please make sure to have a backup before proceeding, just in case.
