Header action hook

    Hi @anlino,
    thanks for your incredible work!

    I try to search for an action hook to customize the header structure. I have not found any hook for this, but I found “sullivan_header_inner_opening” hook both when opening and closing of the header. Is it normal? I expected to find “sullivan_header_inner_opening” when opening the header and “sullivan_header_inner_closing” when closing.

    Thank you for the kind words, and the bug report! I’ve fixed this in version 1.29, which should be available as an update now.
