For now, please ensure that you have added conditions to the Header/Footer template settings with the Location option set to All Site. With this setting, the Header/Footer templates you’ve added will appear on all pages of your site. For more details, please refer to the image below.

We noticed that you have a cache on your site. Could you please clear the cache on your site first? Then, you can hard refresh the frontend page again.
If possible, for further clarification, you can disable all cache plugins or all plugins, leaving only essential plugins such as Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit active. We are concerned that the issue may be caused by other plugins or optimization features on your site.

Still nothing.. i am going to do a clean install of wordpress and import the kit again and try to see if it loads
did a fresh install.. did the import and follow the steps and still no HEADER or FOOTER is being loaded

As we further investigate this issue, we’ve noticed that the Page Template you’re using for each page, which doesn’t display the Header and Footer, is Elementor Canvas. We kindly ask you to change your Page Template to Elementor Full Width.
