In that case, kindly check by editing the same header/footer, and see if it was selected only for “Logged In” users from the User Roles option, see the screenshot for your reference:

That shouldn’t be the case with all the updated files of the latest versions on your site.
For this, we need to check the relevant settings from the back-end if you allow us and test by login into your site to troubleshoot further things from our end. I will discuss this with our developer also if needed after that.

I made the header using the Elementor Header & Footer Builder, I used icons from the Elementor even I didn’t use pictures
Maybe this is me couldn’t understand your query. However, the Header looks fine for me, @froess. Refer to this screenshot, please. What did I miss?
