Header Display Issues

I’ve designed a custom header with a top bar to be used on a website. I cannot for the life of me get the navigation to display properly and I also need the bottom section to be transparent. I’ve tried all sorts of methods outside and inside this plugin. This is how the navigation is displaying:

The rest of the site is being built within Elemenor free version with the OceanWP template. I’ve spent 8 hours messing with this today.
