Header does not support setting background

    Hello, I am new to WordPress. I made a site header using Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. At first everything was fine, but at some point stopped setting the site background, both the color of the header and the picture in the background of the header. What could happen and how can it be corrected?
    WordPress version 6.6.1, Elementor Header & Footer Builder version 1.6.37, тема Astra.
